Welcome to PawMeds. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PawMeds mobile application, website, and related services operated by SilentPixel (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using PawMeds, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PawMeds.

1. About PawMeds

PawMeds is a pet care reminder application designed to help users manage pet medication schedules, reminders, treatment tracking, notes, and related pet care activities.

PawMeds is intended as an organizational tool only and does not provide veterinary, medical, or emergency services.

2. Eligibility

PawMeds may be used by all ages with parent or guardian supervision where required by applicable law.

By using PawMeds, you confirm that you have permission and legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account using:

• Email and password

• Apple Sign In

• Google Sign In

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

PawMeds may offer free and premium paid features.

Premium subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly through:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play

• RevenueCat - Stripe

• Other authorized providers

Prices may vary by region and platform.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to:

• Apple App Store policies

• Google Play policies

• Stripe terms

• Case-by-case review where legally required or appropriate

5. Reminder Accuracy Disclaimer

PawMeds provides reminder tools and notifications, but we do not guarantee:

• Delivery timing of notifications

• Device notification settings

• Continuous service uptime

• Accuracy of user-entered schedules

You remain solely responsible for administering medication, treatments, and care to your pet.

Always verify medication instructions with your veterinarian.

6. No Veterinary or Medical Advice

PawMeds does not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Never ignore veterinary guidance based on app reminders or information stored in the app.

For emergencies, contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.

7. User Content

You may upload or submit content such as:

• Pet notes

• Photos

• Reminder data

• Support messages

You retain ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and store such content solely for operating and improving PawMeds.

You agree not to upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Interfere with services or servers

• Upload malware or malicious code

• Use PawMeds for unlawful purposes

• Harass others through support systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

PawMeds, its branding, logo, software, design, text, and content are owned by SilentPixel or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit PawMeds without written permission.

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features at any time without liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or permanent feature access.

Scheduled maintenance, outages, and technical issues may occur.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilentPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of PawMeds.

This includes, without limitation:

• Missed reminders

• Incorrect schedules entered by users

• Lost data

• Subscription issues caused by third parties

• Device or notification failures

• Veterinary or health outcomes

Your use of PawMeds is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SilentPixel from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of PawMeds

• Violation of these Terms

• Content you upload

• Violation of rights of others

13. Privacy

Your use of PawMeds is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and process data.

14. Termination

You may stop using PawMeds at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for abuse, fraud, legal compliance, or security reasons.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted in the app or website with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
